Diversity in opinions can help us see things in new perspectives and think out of the box, but it can also lead to tension. If not managed skillfully, that could escalate unproductively. After the well-received basic workshop for academic leaders (June 1, 2016), we offered a more in-depth workshop on conflict management for interested Heads of departments/divisions (February 16, 2017).
